Several colleagues mentioned that the latest Tigray Digest (No. 52) was not received – eventually they found it back in their spmbox. Most probably Microsoft has modified some of the criteria that lead to such email diversion.

• Compilation of UN reports: Has the Tigray blockade been lifted? The evidence shows it has not
